How i am protected from all threats

I am have not.

I am protected as have not by no communistic doctrine.

I am protected by the creator of my world.  For the sake of protecting my world.

I do not have to talk or plead my an annihilation i do not have to do. I may think whatever I please or plain sleep off. I have not to acquire any armor to prevent most poisonous annihilatory weapons deployed upon me.

I weapon is i do not have to know power of anyone all or some. After total destruction of universe.

I am still there. I am the eyewitness. I have no footprint. I cannot be threatened.

I am rootless.

Relaxation

The yoga that is known all over the world often nothing but some simple postures to be kept for 30 seconds to one minute. People claim all kinds good results from them. I do not know. I have written many many times about Gita. गीता। Its right to left reading. तागी। They both are Sanskrit words, however their meanings are not Harmony or Renunciation exactly. Their opposites are असुर and भोगी। Near english meanings are disharmony e.g Ravana, a character from Purana. Lusty, lust without control; everyday examples are us, US presidents - Trump, Obama, Bush, Clinton.... There have been many many translations and as many volumes of expositions on Gita by that famous institution such as RKM and others. Please do not read them. Since Gita must be read as is written by Veda Vyasa and never touched. It is written with the assumption that it shall need no touch. Sanskrit is such a language.
